Common questions
How long does it take to get my website live?
Depends on the project. For a Premier Web Foundation build, we target three days from the time we have everything we need from you — services, coverage towns, and a few details about your business. A full redesign takes longer based on the number of pages and how much content needs to be built out. Either way, we'll give you a real timeline before we start. No runaround.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
It depends on which service you choose. The Premier Web Foundation gives you two paths: buy it outright or go with a monthly arrangement — your call. Ongoing maintenance plans are, by nature, recurring, but we lay out exactly what you're getting before you commit. Nothing buried in the fine print.
What's the difference between a website redesign and the Premier Web Foundation?
A redesign takes what you already have and makes it look, load, and work better — updated layout, mobile-friendly, cleaner navigation. The Premier Web Foundation is a purpose-built site with a dedicated page for every service you offer and every town you cover. It's not a refresh — it's a full build designed from the ground up so local customers in places like Hackensack, Toms River, or Edison can actually find you when they're searching.
How much does this cost?
Pricing depends on what you need. The Premier Web Foundation pricing is based on how many counties you cover and how many service verticals you offer — there's a one-time build option and a monthly option. Hosting setup, redesigns, SEO, and branding all have their own scope. We don't post a single price because every contractor's situation is different. Call us and we'll talk through what makes sense for your business.
I already have a website. Do I really need a new one, or just some fixes?
Not every site needs to be torn down. Sometimes what you need is a maintenance pass, a few content updates, or some SEO work and your existing site will perform a lot better. Other times the site is so far behind — wrong hours on Google, no pages for the towns you actually serve, built by a cousin five years ago and never touched — that rebuilding is the smarter call. We'll look at what you have and tell you honestly which direction makes more sense. We're not going to sell you a new site if you don't need one.
What do you need from me to get started?
A conversation. We start by learning about your business — what services you offer, what towns you cover, what's broken or missing right now. For the Premier Web Foundation, we run an intake interview to collect all of that before we build a single page. The more detail you give us upfront, the better and faster the result. You run your business — we handle the rest.
Will you guarantee I show up at the top of search results?
No — and anyone who promises that is selling you something that isn't real. What we do is the actual work: fix technical problems on your site, build out pages for the right services and towns, set up your local search presence correctly, and keep improving over time. That's how contractors in places like Jersey City, Trenton, and Edison get found — not by paying for promises, but by having a site that's built right. See more about what our SEO and web work actually covers.
Can I keep my domain name if I switch hosting to you?
Yes. Your domain stays yours — we don't take ownership of anything. We handle the technical side: pointing your domain to the new hosting, configuring the settings so your site loads correctly, and installing a security certificate so visitors get a secure connection. You keep full control of your domain registration. More on how that works on our Hosting, Domains & Migration page.
Do you handle logo and branding, or just websites?
Both. If your logo looks like it was made in 2009, your branding doesn't match across your truck, website, and social pages, or you're starting fresh and need something professional, we can take care of that too. Custom logo, brand colors, font choices, and the final files in every format you'll need. See what's included on our Branding & Visual Identity page.
What areas of New Jersey do you work in?
We work with contractors across New Jersey — from Hackensack and Fort Lee in Bergen County down to Toms River, Lakewood, and Brick on the Shore, and across to Trenton, Hamilton, and beyond. The full list of covered towns is on our Areas We Serve page. If your town isn't listed, give us a call and ask — coverage grows.
